Flush Nosing Edge Cap
Made from flooring, these Flush Nosing Edge Caps cover the exposed edge of a stringer or landing when installing Flush Nosings. They are to be installed together with Flush Nosings on an open stringer only and cannot be used on closed stringer staircases. The edges are slightly eased and finished to protect against wear and tear. They do not sit flush with the drywall, but overhang about 5/8" or 1/2" depending on the floor.
Each nosing is custom-made with a lead time of approximately five weeks. This product ships separately from your floor.
The only approved installation method for stair parts is glue down.
**These nosings cover the exposed edge of a stringer or landing only when used together with the Flush Nosing. They cannot be used on the front edge of a stair tread and do not lock into our floor planks.
**If a floor is sold out, the lead time on nosing is approximately 4-5 weeks from when the floor is back in stock.**
